Unless you have a qualified change in status, you cannot make a change in the benefits you elect until the next open enrollment period. Qualified changes in status include:
marriage
Divorce
Legal separation
birth or adoption
You have 30 days after a qualifying event to log into Paylocity and request a change to your benefit elections.
How Do I Enroll?

Log in to your Paylocity Account via this link https://access.paylocity.com/

Submit Life Event and enter dependent information if adding a spouse or children to benefits. Please note you will be required to provide their Social Security Number and Date of Birth.

Complete each section for election or declination

Review all elections and submit.
